- Cool Ninja games & Spy Stuff.
- Doko (Tiger stance); Lead arm straight out, rear hand as fist above the ear.
- Hira (Flat position); Arms outstretched to your sides.
- Kosei (Aggressive position) Lead hand above eyes, rear hand at hip.
- Side kick (Yoko Geri).
- Front kick (Mae Geri).
- Defence from punch & strike back with hand chop to inside of the neck.
- Outer foot sweep (Osote Gake).
- Shoulder throw (Seoi Nage).
- Defence against double handed wrist grab.
- Defence against cross over and straight grabs.
- Defence against lapel / collar grab.
- Forward silent walking (Zenpo).
- Side walking (Yoko Aruki).

Bujinkan Ely Kids group has had a great summer. The group contain 20 regular students and everyone who started with us in June has progressed beyond their white belts
The class has been a big hit with the kids who love the rolls, the games and beating up the adults.
If you know someone under 14 who wishes to learn a martial art, in a fun and safe environment, please bring them down to the class and we will show you what we do.

Ninjutsu Junior Gradings Syllabus
Orange Belt (7th Kyu)
1.Rolling / breakfalls (Ukemi gata) ; As previous gradings.
2.Stances (Kamae)
3.Kicks (Geri) ; As previous gradings plus.
4.San Shin No Kata – Fire technique (Ka No Kata).
5.Grappling (Jutaijutsu)
6.Wrist escapes (Te Hodoki)
7.Body escapes (Tai Hodoki)
8.Ninja Stealth Walking (Shinobi Aruki)
Fees ; 10 pounds includes belt & certificate. All the skills of previous gradings are required to be proficiently maintained. In addition to the syllabus, the students must achieve the Three rules of merit (3 A s) Attendance, Attitude and Ability.
